Researchers Fernando Rodríguez Marín and Antonia M. Gallardo Martínez, from the IBVF, have been named winners of the ‘Article of the Month’ award for May for a paper published in the journal *The Plant Cell*, which focuses on the role of 2-Cys peroxiredoxins and the chaperone cpHSP70 in chloroplast biogenesis in *Arabidopsis*.
